A graduate of the University of Cambridge with a master’s degree from Staffordshire University, where he earned one of the highest grades ever, James brings a relentless drive for innovation to his work.

Currently deepening his knowledge in AI and machine learning at UC Berkeley, he uses his skills to confront complex challenges and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Shalini is our Google Shopping Expert, bringing invaluable insider knowledge from her previous role at Google. With an in-depth understanding of Google Ads and a keen eye for navigating the platform’s intricacies, Shalini is adept at solving the common challenges that clients face with their accounts.

Her expertise in optimising Google Shopping campaigns allows her to design strategies that maximise visibility, efficiency, and return on investment for each client. Sales Director – Peter

Peter is the first point of contact at PPC Sorted and the person who keeps everything moving from the moment an enquiry lands. As Sales Director, he makes sure clients get clear, timely answers and that James and Shalini have everything they need to quote accurately and get started.

Alongside his role at PPC Sorted, Peter is also a seasoned website developer as part of the wider Everything Sorted Group. He’s got a strong technical background, starting out as a software engineer writing real-time code for sonar systems in the North Sea (ask him about coding through a force 10 gale). Since then, he’s worked with global tech companies on major projects all over the world.

Today, Peter brings that mix of tech know-how and calm coordination to every project. He makes sure the right people are in the loop, nothing gets missed, and everything runs smoothly from first chat to final results.
